Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the very ripe bananas until mushy.
- Add melted butter and vegetable oil to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Incorporate brown sugar, egg, and vanilla into the mixture until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder together.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing just enough to blend without overmixing.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans, stirring gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
