Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl and set aside.
- Mash the bananas and mix with eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a large bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to a loaf pan or mini loaf pans, filling them ¾ full.
- Bake for about 50 minutes for a full-sized loaf or 40 minutes for mini loaves, until a toothpick comes out clean.
