Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the melted butter, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, then fold in the mashed bananas and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
