Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare the loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oil and honey, whisking until blended.
- 3. Add the eggs and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- 4. Mix in the mashed bananas, baking powder, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- 5. Stir in the almond flour until fully incorporated.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- 7. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until the center is springy and a toothpick comes out clean.
- 8. Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before removing and slicing.
