Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and beaten eggs.
- Mix in the honey, liquified coconut oil or ghee, vanilla liquid stevia, sea salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine the tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
