Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, vanilla liquid stevia, coconut sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and sea salt, and blend until smooth.
- Add the baking soda, baking powder, quinoa flakes, coconut flour, and diced almonds to the mixture, and blend again.
- Stir in the liquified coconut oil.
- Pour the batter into a greased and parchment-lined 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
