Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
- Add the flour, sea salt, baking soda, baking powder, and maple sugar to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving some for the top.
- Transfer the batter to the loaf pan, smoothing it into an even layer and dotting with extra chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let the bread cool completely before slicing.
