Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, both sugars, sour cream, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Stir in the melted butter and then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread rest for 10 minutes before serving.
