Chocolate Banana Bread

Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil and let it cool to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, white whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, espresso powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas and whisk in the eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and oil.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into it, stirring gently to combine.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
