Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×4 bread pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas and eggs, then mix in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased bread pan, top with more chocolate chips if desired, and bake for 38-42 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
