Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix flaxseed meal and water in a large bowl to create a flax egg and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Mash the ripe bananas thoroughly in the bowl.
- Add all ingredients up to almond milk and whisk to combine.
- Stir in cocoa powder, almond meal, gluten-free flour blend, and oats until mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate and peanut butter chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing, preferably overnight.
