Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×4 inch loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth, then whisk in the eggs, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate medium bowl, mix together the oat flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool completely after baking.
- While the bread cools, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled loaf and sprinkle with flake salt.
