Healthy Peanut Butter and Jelly Banana Bread

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
- 3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until completely combined.
- 5. Microwave the jelly for 15 seconds to make it easier to spread.
- 6. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, add half of the jelly, and spread it evenly. Top with half of the peanuts.
- 7. Repeat with the remaining batter, jelly, and peanuts on top.
- 8. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
