Easy Instant Pot Quinoa

Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa thoroughly using a fine mesh strainer to remove any bitter taste.
- Add the rinsed quinoa, broth or water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select the Pressure Cook/Manual setting and set the timer for 1 minute at High Pressure.
- After cooking, turn off the pot and let it naturally release pressure for 15 minutes.
- Release any remaining pressure by turning the steam release knob to Venting.
- Once the pin drops, open the lid and fluff the quinoa with a fork.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
