Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under running water for 30 seconds to remove bitterness.
- Transfer the rinsed quinoa to the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to 'Sealing.'
- Cook at high pressure for 1 minute using the Manual or Pressure Cook button.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes after cooking.
- Once the natural release is complete, move the steam release valve to 'Venting' to release any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and fluff the quinoa with a fork.
