Instructions
- Soak quinoa in water for one hour, then rinse with cool water until the water runs clear.
- Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add oil and diced onion, cooking until tender for about 8 minutes.
- Add garlic and rinsed quinoa, sauté for an additional 5 minutes while stirring often.
- Add vegetable broth, salt, and pepper to the pot, then secure the lid and ensure the valve is closed.
- Cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes, then carefully remove the lid and fluff the quinoa with a fork.
