Ingredients

The oats mixture

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

The fruit toppings

  • ½ cup diced strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana banana

Instructions

  1. Mix together oats, yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Warm diced strawberries in a microwaveable bowl for about 30 seconds until mashable.
  3. Add the mashed strawberries to the oat mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir in half of a mashed banana.
  6. Top with additional sliced bananas and strawberries.
