Ingredients

The oats

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

The liquid

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

The yogurt

  • ¼ cup plain, vanilla or strawberry Greek yogurt

The thickeners and fats

  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter

The sweeteners

  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup

The flavorings

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • tsp fine sea salt

The fruit

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except strawberries in a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Add strawberries and mix well. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Divide into jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve cold with additional strawberries and a drizzle of almond butter.
