Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.25 cups unsweetened, plain almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 4 large strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the fresh strawberries in a medium-sized container and mix well.
  2. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. The next morning, add additional almond milk if desired for consistency.
  4. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces and mix them into the oats.
  5. Enjoy the oats cold.
