Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • crushed graham crackers
  • strawberry jam
  • honey
  • fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, add more almond milk if desired and top with optional toppings.
