Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp crumbled graham cracker
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, cream cheese, vanilla, honey, Greek yogurt, and blueberries in a jar or container.
  2. Stir the mixture well until combined and cover it.
  3. Refrigerate the overnight oats for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir the oats and top with graham crackers, more blueberries, or whipped cream.
