Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • ΒΌ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon zest from lemon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass meal prep container or in separate glass jars.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir the overnight oats again before serving.
  5. Serve chilled or warm them up if desired.
