Banana Overnight Oats

almond milk (or milk of choice)

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

peanut butter (optional; or handful of walnuts)

maple syrup (or to taste)
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas on a plate and divide them between two jars.
- To each jar, add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of vanilla, and ½ cup of milk. Stir well.
- Add ½ cup of rolled oats to each jar and stir again.
- Cover the jars with lids and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- When ready to eat, stir the oats and add an extra splash of milk and maple syrup if desired.
- You can eat them cold or heat them in a saucepan for 2 to 3 minutes.
