Ingredients

The oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Toppings (optional)

  • to taste banana slices
  • to taste peanut butter
  • to taste hemp seeds
  • to taste chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except for toppings) in a bowl or mason jar and mix well.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, add your toppings and enjoy!
