Spring Salad with Strawberry Lemon Basil Dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and toast the almonds for 7-8 minutes, then add the coconut and toast for another 2-4 minutes.
- In a food processor, combine strawberries, basil, lemon juice, and olive oil, and process until smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, and maple syrup to taste, and process again.
- Assemble the salad with the desired ingredients and serve with the dressing.
