Paleo Carrot Banana Muffins

Instructions
- Combine almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- In a food processor, blend dates, bananas, eggs, vinegar, and oil.
- Transfer the wet mixture to a large bowl and blend in the dry ingredients until combined.
- Fold in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
- Spoon the mixture into a paper-lined muffin pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 1 hour before serving.
