Paleo Banana Bread Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, almond butter, egg, and vanilla.
- In a separate small bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Fill the muffin tins about ¾ full and add extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for ten minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
