Paleo Blueberry Banana Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a muffin pan with liners for 8 large muffins or 16 medium muffins.
- In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, nut butter, and melted coconut oil, and pulse until blended.
- Transfer the batter to a bowl and mix in the dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin cups and sprinkle additional blueberries on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes for large muffins or 15-17 minutes for smaller muffins, until a toothpick comes out clean.
