  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour (for coating blueberries)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with spray or liners.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the white whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth, then whisk in the eggs, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
