Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in honey, applesauce, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg until combined.
- Add whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until fully combined.
- In a small bowl, toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon of white whole wheat flour to coat.
- Gently fold the blueberries into the batter.
- Fill muffin tins ¾ full with the batter.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
