Paleo Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and whisk in the eggs, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla.
- Sprinkle the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt over the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 30 minutes before removing from the pan and cooling completely.
