Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a standard bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas and then add coconut sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Stir in almond flour, tapioca starch, and sea salt until combined.
- Add baking soda and apple cider vinegar, let them react, then mix everything together.
- Spoon the batter into the lined loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Add any optional toppings and gently press them into the batter.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until the top is brown, cracked, and the loaf feels firm.
- Once baked, lift the loaf out using the parchment paper and let it cool before slicing.
