Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line the bread loaf pans with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients using an electric mixer.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
