Instructions
- Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
- Toss the steak with gelatin powder until evenly coated.
- Place the steak into the slow cooker.
- Whisk together the coconut aminos, minced garlic, sweetener, molasses, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper, then pour over the steak and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4-6 hours or on High for 2-3 hours until the steak is tender.
- Optionally, remove the meat and simmer the sauce in a saucepan to thicken before serving.
