Slow Cooker Pork and Green Chili Stew

Instructions
- Cut the pork into 2-inch pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet, spray with cooking oil, and brown the pork on all sides for about 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of flour over the pork and cook for 30 seconds, then add the remaining flour and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Transfer the browned pork to the crock pot and add the remaining ingredients.
- Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste before serving.
