Boozy Watermelon Lime Granita

cubed seedless watermelon

white rum

Instructions
- Blend the watermelon, lime juice, rum, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9 metal baking pan and freeze for about 1½ hours.
- Scrape the mixture with a fork to mix it up and return it to the freezer.
- Freeze until almost set for 1 to 2 hours, then scrape again to form ice crystals.
- Repeat scraping every hour until fully frozen and fluffy.
- Serve in martini glasses, garnished with watermelon wedges and mint.
