Ingredients

  • cups watermelon
  • 1 cup cherries, seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • ½ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 13×9 inch glass dish.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 3 hours.
  4. Scrape the top layer with a fork to reach the softer part.
  5. Return to the freezer for another 3 hours.
  6. Scrape again before serving.
