Cherry Watermelon Granita

cherries, seeds removed

fresh mint

honey
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a 13×9 inch glass dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 3 hours.
- Scrape the top layer with a fork to reach the softer part.
- Return to the freezer for another 3 hours.
- Scrape again before serving.
