Instructions
- Blend the strawberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup/agave nectar together until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a square 8x8 container or a 5x9 loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Allow the mixture to freeze for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
- Once set, use a fork to scrape the mixture gently to create a shaved ice texture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
