Blueberry Granita

Instructions
- Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a small saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding solids.
- Pour the strained mixture into a shallow baking dish.
- Freeze for 45 minutes.
- Scrape frozen sections from the edges with a fork and stir the center.
- Continue to scrape every 45 minutes until completely frozen.
- Scrape again before serving and scoop into dishes.
