Instructions
- Blend watermelon chunks, sugar, lime juice, and rum until smooth.
- Add chopped mint and blend until mint is in large flecks.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Process the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for a few hours before serving.
