Watermelon Sorbet

Instructions
- Combine frozen watermelon and lime juice in a food processor and process until broken down.
- Add maple syrup to taste, starting with 1 tablespoon, and process again.
- If needed, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the sorbet reaches a smooth consistency.
- Serve immediately while soft and scoopable, or freeze for 1 to 2 hours if making in advance.
