Instructions
- Whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, bouillon paste, sugar, fish sauce, and water in a skillet.
- Slice the tofu and arrange it in the skillet with the onion, garlic, and some butter on top. Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce reduces.
- Remove from heat, add sesame oil and remaining butter, and stir until melted.
- Crush seaweed snacks and scatter over the tofu. Serve with rice.
