Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and shredded zucchini.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22 to 26 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean.
