The pasta

spaghetti (or pasta of choice)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet, add shrimp, and let rest for 30 seconds before flipping. Season with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat butter and sauté garlic, thyme, and Italian seasoning for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and whisk in cream and milk, then add cream cheese until blended.
- Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth, then season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Turn off the heat and toss the sauce with the pasta and shrimp. Serve immediately.
