Instructions
- Combine the stock concentrate, sesame oil, hot sauce, and salt in the bottom of a mason jar.
- Layer the spiralized zucchini, frozen vegetables, salad shrimp, and green onion on top.
- Top with the soft-boiled egg and seal the jar.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- When ready, boil 1½ cups of water (or chicken stock if not using concentrate).
- Pour the hot water over the ingredients, let sit for 30 seconds, stir, and enjoy.
