Ingredients

The base

  • 5 teaspoons Whole30-compliant chicken stock concentrate
  • cups chicken stock
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt
  • 1 squirt Whole30-compliant hot sauce or sriracha

The fillings

  • 1 small zucchini, spiralized
  • ¼ cup frozen vegetables of your choice
  • ¼ cup frozen salad shrimp or other cooked protein
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 soft-boiled egg

Instructions

  1. Combine the stock concentrate, sesame oil, hot sauce, and salt in the bottom of a mason jar.
  2. Layer the spiralized zucchini, frozen vegetables, salad shrimp, and green onion on top.
  3. Top with the soft-boiled egg and seal the jar.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. When ready, boil 1½ cups of water (or chicken stock if not using concentrate).
  6. Pour the hot water over the ingredients, let sit for 30 seconds, stir, and enjoy.
