The frosting

  • cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream (optional)

The topping

  • to taste Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the ramekins.
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, oil, and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately until smooth.
