Easy Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer.
- 2. Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Fold the blueberries into the batter.
- 4. Fill unbleached muffin cups almost full.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for about 24 minutes.
