Spicy Ahi Poke Bowls

Instructions
- Cook the black rice according to package directions and set aside.
- Cut the ahi tuna into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add the sliced yellow and green onions to the bowl with the tuna.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sambal oelek, lemon juice, and sea salt.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the tuna and onions, and gently mix to coat.
- Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve the poke over black rice, topped with toasted sesame seeds and sliced avocado.
