Instructions
- Whisk together coconut aminos or soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
- Add the tuna to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the other ingredients.
- Assemble each of 4 bowls starting with ½ cup of cooked white rice as the base, followed by ¼ of the avocado, ¼ of the pineapple, ¼ of the cucumbers, ¼ of the radishes, and ¼ of the ahi tuna.
- Drizzle each bowl with 1 tablespoon of spicy mayo.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
