Easy Salmon Sushi Bake

Instructions
- Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Broil the salmon on a lined baking sheet for 8 minutes or bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
- Allow the salmon to cool, then shred it with a fork, removing the skin.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded salmon with soy sauce, sesame oil, kewpie mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, cream cheese, green onions, and furikake. Mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and press the sushi rice into an even layer in an 8x8 or 9x11 baking dish.
- Spread the salmon mixture evenly on top of the rice and sprinkle with more furikake.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with tortilla chips or nori squares.
